LRE Invest Africa was represented by Leon Guimarães, Camila Fontana and J. Ruben Marone at the , held on 28 and 29 April 2026 at Speke Resort Munyonyo, in Kampala. Under the theme “First Oil: Fulfil the Promise, Forging the Future,” the event gathered industry leaders, government representatives and international investors around Uganda’s transition into a new era of energy production.
This year’s edition carried special significance, marking a historic turning point for Uganda as the country moves toward its first commercial oil production. For LRE Invest Africa, taking part in the convention reinforces its commitment to Uganda’s energy and extractives sectors, and to connecting global and Brazilian private capital with the projects that will shape the future of the country and the region.
